Hello,
my created calculator is not displayed in my mobile, sometimes in desktop too.
Where to start the search please?

ANSWER:
There are many reasons that could cause the Calculator to fail to be displayed on your website. One of the most common reasons is conflict with another plug-in, such as WP-Rocket or any other apps that manage caching and compressing elements of the page.
Our Cost Calculator Builder is already compressed and minimized, so any additional minimization will create issues with the Calculator’s display.
One of the ways to fix this is to disable the the caching, minimizing plug-ins on the page with the Calculator or add the Calculator to the exceptions for the relevant plug-in.
Another reason could come from your CDN provider, as it can prevent some elements to load, including Cost Calculator Builder. You may need to temporary disable your CDN to see if that will fix the issue, and then add Cost Calculator Builder or the page it is embedded on to the exception list of your CDN.
It would be of great help to us, if you could give us access to your WP-admin dashboard, so we could investigate the issue in greater detail.
It seems that you have 10Web Booster plugin, it compresses JavaScript which prevents our Cost Calculator Builder to function properly. Our Cost Calculator Builder is already compressed, so further compression creates issues with the Calculator’s display.
10Web Booster plugin is managed from their own website, so we cannot make any changes there ourselves.
You may need to add Cost Calculator Builder and Cost Calculator Builder Pro (or the page it is on) to the exception list in your 10Web Booster cabinet, so it won’t try to compress it. These files: „ccb-sticky-js“ and „calc-builder-main-js“, are the ones that need to be excluded from compression, caching and minimizing.
Additionally, 10Web Booster also sets you up with Cloudflare CDN, you may need to exclude Cost Calculator Builder (or the page it is on) there as well.
