Wordbee: Open AI und Machine Translation

For about a year, you can already use your Open-AI subscription and leverage from it for the purpose of translating text (MT scope). You will find a link here to learn how to configure it.

Besides LLM MT connectors, Wordbee will also be launching a number of AI initiatives that will be rolled out with every sprint.
Use cases will include:
– AI assistant features
– Regular expression creation in parsers (available since last week)
– Daily brief in Home page (will provide insights to PMs to let them know what they should focus on or pay attention to).
– Editor Recap (will provide valuable insights to linguists while working in the editor such as errors found or suggestions for improvements).
– Prompt To Query (will help teams use prompts to easily filter segments (i.e. “Find all segments containing ‚pharma‘ that have a QA issue”)
Prompt To Action (change status, fix an issue,…)
– ability to have AI enhance messages to Clients & Suppliers in Jobs & Orders pages (available in May)
– Email notification templates
– Term Extraction
– TM Maintenance

For those, Wordbee uses pre-set LLMs and prompts.
While a variety of LLMs are available, Wordbee may use different LLM providers and models depending on the best fit for specific contexts or tasks.

So far, only one AI Assistant feature has been delivered. It allows you to build regular expressions when preparing file parsers (see screenshot below).
