Wenn man ein Projekt abgeschlossen hat, möchte man bestimmt verhindern, dass keine Dateien importiert werden können. Dies ist bei einem bereits abgerechneten Projekt möglich und würde dazu führen, dass das für dieses Dokument keine Rechnungslegung mehr erfolgen kann.
So kann man das Projekt schützen.
There is a rule that you can configure and which indicates whether completed / archived projects can still be edited. Please see „Editing of completed and archived projects“ under „Settings“ > „Work processes“.
Choosing „Read-only if completed or archived except status change“ will still allow you to change the project status but will block the upload of new document. Note that you can click on „info“ next to the dropdown list to get more information about each option.
